Culture Shoppe is an online shop dealing with DVDs, Video CDs, CD-ROMs, Audio CDs, Paintings, Crafts, Picture postcards, India gifts, Health care, Herbal and Beauty care products and Books on Indian art, culture and heritage.

What is a shopping cart?

The shopping bag is a virtual carry cart that displays the number of items you have chosen to purchase along with the total purchase amount. This is displayed as a small window located at the right-hand top corner of the web page. This window also provides links to view the details of the items you have chosen: 'View Details’ and to confirm your purchase 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Where all can you deliver and what is the time required?

Products from Culture Shoppe can be delivered anywhere in the world, by courier. For shipping of products, following is the minimum period required:

Within India: 5 - 7 working days
International: 8 - 10 working days

What are your shipping charges?

A shipping charge is applicable on all items purchased from Culture Shoppe. To find out the actual shipping charges applicable for various items, please select the item in the website.

How do I know that delivery is complete?

We will send you confirmation email after your order has been shipped.

What if you don't deliver or deliver late?

If the product is not delivered on the desired date then either we refund to the shopper or deliver the product(s) the next day.

What can I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item?

If the damaged or defective item is received, then we will replace the goods within three working days.

Any other taxes and levies like sales tax, etc.?

All item prices at Culture Shoppe are inclusive of sales tax (wherever applicable), and hence you need not add anything to the price of the item to account for sales tax.

Some states in India, however, have additional levies like Octroi charges. These are additional and need to be met by you, wherever applicable.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can send an email to our Customer Service Group at info@cultureshoppe.com and we will do the cancellation for you. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process.
